Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Zeydi mobile application and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and relationship sharing

Zeydi provides private, relationship-focused features such as status and mood updates, activities, shared events, diary entries, photos, reactions, and optional personal cycle tracking. You choose whether to link with another account. While a relationship link is active, information and content designated for sharing—including your name and avatar, status and notes, shared events, diary entries, and instant photos—may be visible to your linked partner. Only link with someone you trust. If you use cycle tracking, you choose whether your partner can see your period and PMS days, and you can change that at any time in Cycle Settings. When a relationship link ends, partner access through that link ends; copies or screenshots already made by another person cannot be recalled by Zeydi.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to agree for someone your age, you need that agreement.
• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for deciding what to share with your linked partner.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or share.
• Never share sexual content involving anyone under 18, intimate images of anyone without their consent, or any other illegal content. We may remove such content, end the account, and report it to the authorities.

4. Your content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You give Zeydi permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service and the sharing features you use. This permission ends when the content is removed or your account is deleted, except for limited copies retained for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Cycle information and health disclaimer

Optional cycle-tracking features use information you enter to estimate cycle phases and dates. These estimates can be inaccurate and are provided for personal information and planning only. Zeydi is not a medical service, and cycle information or predictions are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and must not be relied on for contraception, fertility decisions, or other medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

6. Service availability and suspension

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but features may change or be unavailable. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the app or our online deletion request form.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zeydi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded Zeydi from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Zeydi, not Apple. Zeydi, not Apple, is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, and support, and for handling any claims about it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent any warranty applies and the app fails to meet it, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store’s usage rules. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded Zeydi from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to your use of that store.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes or as required by law. We will publish the current version here and update the date above. The app checks the published legal document versions and will pause access until you review and accept any updated Terms or Privacy Policy.
